Instructions

Make the Dough

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Stir in yeast and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and melted butter. Add the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt until a dough forms.

  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.

Prepare the Filling

  1. Roll out dough to a 16×12-inch rectangle.
